    Whether you're 18 or 80, completely new to the gym or returning after years away, our coaching is tailored to you. Every programme is adapted to your current fitness level, experience and goals, so you'll never be expected to do anything you're not ready for.

    Many of our members joined GRL with little or no gym experience. Our coaches are here to guide, support and build your confidence every step of the way.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

  • Our booking app makes it easy to book SGPT training 7 days a week, with flexible opening hours and a maximum of 4 participants per small group coaching session.
